Practise it.

A bounded implementation goal.
A process for reviewing it.
Choose a realistic practice target: for example, integrating ACT formulation into individual work or establishing an ACT group within your role and setting.
Define the work
Describe your starting point, the change you want to test and the authority you have to make it.
Practise and apply
Use peer role-play and clinical reflection to plan a workable next action.
Review and continue
Bring back what happened, adjust the plan and identify the support you still need.

A clear commitment.
Do I have to start with ACT Essentials?
ACT Essentials introduces the shared model. Experienced clinicians can choose an applied workshop directly. Annual participants receive all six workshops; if you already own ACT in Action, we will clarify overlap before you enrol.
Is this the existing on-demand library?
No. These are proposed 2027 workshops and their recordings. Existing ACT in Action, Depression, Anxiety and Focused ACT recordings remain separate products with their existing prices and access terms. Existing purchases are preserved.
How do monthly payments work?
The annual fee is payable in ten equal monthly instalments, proposed for February–November 2027. This is a fixed programme fee paid in instalments, rather than a cancel-anytime subscription. Australian payment amounts include 10% GST; no VAT is added to South African prices. Final cancellation and refund terms will be supplied before payment.
How long can I access the recordings?
The proposed 2027 offers include twelve months from each recording’s release. The December workshop releases in South Africa on 18 January 2028. Existing library courses retain their own access terms.
Is the South African tour included?
The two-day ACT for Depression and Anxiety tour is a separate live event. Both ACT annual tiers have a proposed participant add-on rate of R3,750 for one city’s workshop. No VAT is added to tour prices.
Does this provide certification or CPD points?
This is professional education and supported practice, not independent ACT certification. Completion requirements and any confirmed CPD recognition will be published before enrolment. No specific 2027 CPD points are currently promised.
