Use the psychological flexibility model to consider avoidance, rumination, withdrawal and patterns that keep people stuck. Explore intervention choices through clinical examples, demonstration and practice.
This workshop is a separate event from the annual programme. It combines depression and anxiety across two days; it does not automatically replace the two separate 2027 courses or establish credit towards an annual pathway.
Workbooks, venue arrangements, refreshments and final completion requirements will be confirmed before bookings open.
